吴定涛特聘研究、邹亮教授等共同指导营养组研究生李洁、雷静于《Food Research International》(中科院一区)及《Ultrasonics Sonochemistry》(中科院一区))发表论文《Potential structure–function relationships of pectic polysaccharides from quinoa microgreens: Impact of various esterification degrees》、《Impacts of ultrasound-assisted Fenton degradation and alkaline de-esterification on structural properties and biological effects of pectic polysaccharides from Tartary buckwheat leaves》。同时,以这两篇论文研究内容的中国发明专利也已正式受理。
