研究室概况:

杂粮营养与功能效用研究团队一直秉承以杂粮的安全性、有效性和可控性为目标,系统性地开展杂粮的营养功能与安全性研究工作。近年来,先后承担了国家、省市级重大科研项目20余项;出版《荞麦的营养与功能》等学术专著3部;发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇;获四川省科技进步一等奖等奖励8项。团队成员基于多年研究成果,联合杂粮相关企业大力研发了多种杂粮加工新产品新技术,实现了科研成果转化产值20亿元以上,引领地区现代农业发展和新农村建设。

杂粮营养与功能效用研究室主要由动物饲养间、动物解剖间、细胞室、光谱室、色谱室等组成。研究室拥有分析型流式细胞仪、全自动蛋白定量分析系统、高分辨飞行时间液质联用仪、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪、感官分析系统(电子鼻、电子舌、电子眼)、气相质谱联用仪、多功能微孔板检测仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、氨基酸分析仪、超高效液相色谱仪、高效液相色谱仪等精密分析设备,价值1200余万元。本研究室具备开展杂粮功能成分分析、安全性评价、杂粮营养功效评价及其作用机制探索等方面研究的硬件条件。
