主要科研情况:

胡一晨,教授。主要研究方向:中药质量控制及其药效活性研究,尤其在有效成分筛选及其作用机制、中药外源性有害残留防控等方面具有丰富的科研经验。近年来主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金(一等资助)、四川省科技厅应用基础项目、四川省博士后科研项目、四川省中医药管理局项目、四川省教育厅项目等多项国家级、省部级项目。荣获四川省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)二等奖1项,入选成都大学青椒计划科研新锐。目前已在国内外顶级学术期刊上发表相关论文80余篇,其中SCI论文71篇,发表于Food Chemistry的文章2019年被评为高被引论文;出版著作2部;授权发明专利3项;发布农业行业标准1项。
