主要科研情况:

杂粮精深加工、果蔬采后生物学。参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、广州市科学研究计划(重点项目)等项目。累计在Journal of Experimental BotanyPostharvest Biology and TechnologyFood ChemistryPlant and Cell Physiology等国际主流学术期刊发表SCI收录论文10余篇,其中第一作者或共同第一作者论文7篇。
